The Alron
Station
Alron Fitness set out to build one exercise machine that covers the movements you'd normally spread across a gym floor. This is it: a multi-position steel rack for your entire bodyweight routine.
- Push-ups, pull-ups, dips, tricep extensions and more
- Targets back, shoulders, abdominals, legs, arms and biceps
- Versatile enough for barbell squats and push press
Multi-position support
Elevated and de-elevated set-ups shift the work between muscle groups.
Adjustable riser
Change body height, width and depth for a personalised position.
Heavy-duty steel
Built for long-term, intensive use in a home gym or garage.
Bodyweight first
Your body is the resistance — no plates needed to train.
Six movements.
One footprint.
Every photo below is the Alron station in use. Pick a movement to see how the frame supports it.
One machine.
A gym floor's
worth of work.
Alron Fitness started with a simple question: what if one exercise machine could meet your training needs — without a room full of equipment?
Our storyYour body is the resistance
The station uses your own body weight, so you can build strength and endurance without heavy lifting.
It adjusts to you
An adjustable riser changes height, width and depth, while elevated and de-elevated positions change the angle of every movement.
Built from steel
A strong, stable steel frame designed for long-term, intensive use in a home gym or garage.

What exercises can I do on the Alron Station?
Push-ups, pull-ups, dips and tricep extensions, plus incline and decline variations using the elevated and de-elevated positions. The rack is also versatile enough for barbell movements such as squats and push press.
Do I need weights to use it?
No. The station is designed around your own body weight as resistance — no heavy lifting required. Weights and bars are not included if you'd like to add barbell work.
Can I adjust it to my size?
Yes. The adjustable riser section lets you change body height, width and depth, so you can set each movement up for proper width and stability.
How big is the station?
The overall rack size is listed as 195.5 × 60.5 × 10.5 cm. We recommend contacting the Alron team to confirm the space you'll need before ordering.
What is it made from?
A strong, stable steel frame built for long-term, intensive use in a home gym or garage workout space.
